Magazine Behaviour

When a magazine becomes active (goes live), you can have it interrupt the current on-air page, or you can set it to wait until the current on air page has finished playing.

To set the magazine’s behavior

• In Audience.foundation More... right click on the magazine, select Properties > Advanced. 
• In Audience.billboard More...

1. From the Administrator Homepage select “Edit Screens, Zones, Magazines, Pagelists, Messages”.
2. Select "Magazines"under the playback graphic to display a list of all Magazines.
3. Select the Magazine you want to edit.

Example

If your magazine is time sensitive (for example, it plays a live broadcast of a town-hall meeting every weekday at 1pm), then you may want to interrupt the currently playing page, especially given that the on air page may be a 10-minute video. However, interrupting pages (especially video) is not very elegant. To avoid this, make sure that the magazine playing before this one has only short pages.
